At Bihar Bytes, we’re dedicated to making you love every purchase. Our goal is to deliver top-quality, handcrafted snacks and exceptional service. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we’ve designed a simple and stress-free return process just for you!

How to Return an Item

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return your purchase within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is unopened, unused, in its original condition, and includes all seals and packaging.

  • Starting the Return Process: To begin, send us a message via email at thebiharbytes@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp with photos or a video of the product and the reason for your return. Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup from your location within 2 working days.

  • Sending Back Your Item: Once your return pickup is scheduled, pack the item securely in its original packaging. Don't worry – we’ll cover the return shipping costs!

  • Processing Refunds or Exchanges: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 days. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s done. Accepted refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

No problem at all! If you receive a faulty or damaged package (such as our Thekua or Chura Bhuja), please reach out to us right away. Once inspected and accepted, replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
